[edit] Procedure

• Voting on a monthly basis.
• Only one vote, per user, per month.
• Self-Nominations forfeit their vote for the month.
• Manforman is allowed one edit per month on this award page.

Please vote for the candidate you feel is most deserving of the award. Votes from sockpuppets, anonymous IPs, and unknown/inactive users are weighted appropriately. Some nominations will be observed and removed if found to be utterly unworthy. Sockpuppetry & Vandalism will result in the proper form of disciplinary action.

When a user is nominated, the nomination template {{User:Tom mayfair/Template:VoteUPOTM}} can be added to their user page. The nominated user can remove it if they wish to do so. It may interfere with the voting process on style and taste of the page in question.

That's right. Do you notice the discussion tab that happens to be in between the user page tab & the edit tab? Well, I do. Keep the comments to a minimum or I , Premier Tom Mayfair, creator of this award, will be forced to play dirty and disqualify at random. Why?
