The name Ultramatt is a mix of two compleatly different words:

ultra adj 1 said of a person or party: holding extreme opinions, especially in political matters. 2 colloq extremely :good; marvellous. noun (ultras) someone who holds extreme opinions, especially in political or religious matters.

and

beer-mat noun a small tablemat, usually made of cardboard, for standing a glass of beer, etc on.

Combining the two gives Ultramat, sadly though i pissed off the R during a drinking contest and now to make up the T has to pretend its Two T's.
