Some time in the 21st century, a group of military scientists that called themselves The Zippers were working discovered the resonance of the average human eardrum. Realizing the immense less-lethal combat potential, they amplified the note and added it into some washout's song, which coincidentally had the same name as the project. Waka Laka.
