Add messages by clicking the "+" tab at the top of the page (next to the edit button). Then type your title into the top box and your message into the big one at the bottom, sign with four tildes (~~~~) and press Save Page. If you're not sure whether you've done something right, press Show Preview first to, you guessed it, see a preview. Way too much info? Good.
