Just make sure that you have read the instructions on the page (which I'm sure you have) and check the articles yourself to make sure that you aggree with me. Where's your timestamp? If you don't have one in your signature then you need to use 4 tildes. Looks like you may have tried to copy mine, my signature is a bit complicated and there's actually two templates going on there so it won't work if you lift code straight from mine. I'll fix it up for you. And yeah, you can resize images by using [[Image:exampleimage.jpg|20px]] to make it fit in your sig.
