Thanks. I'm sorry to say that this place has just been too unpleasant to stand lately. Brad recently remarked that I'm the guy that everything positive seems to flow from. I try, but even I have limits. Europipods whining, Benson forum whining, Forest Fire Week whining, rampant whoring of even the most marginal articles, and now administration bullshit with Spang and SU. I see that Children of Lir has been deleted? I guess if you whine loud and long enough about anything, you can get your way around here. I was almost tempted to try it, but then that's just adding more negativity, isn't it?

I was already annoyed enough after FFW, feeling like the substantial work I'd done was under attack (by Rangeley, and those of like mind). Not to toot my own horn too loudly, but I think I work my ass off enough around here. I don't think my general edits or sysop workload has ever suffered as a result of my attempts to continue to write my own articles and start my pet projects. When I'm here, I'm here. I just don't feel that Uncyc is giving me back as much as I give it. And if I have to endure any more B.S. about deletions like I did for Forest Fire Week, from people not nearly as entrenched in the content management of this website as I am.... well, I don't need to be an administrator here. And so I'm not...

I think the drama-bashing around here is a further insult to those of us who think there are real problems around here. Well, if the belief around here is that Splarka is just a whiner, and Hinoa and I are so easily dumpable into the same pile of crap that includes Benson and Euroipods, I'm in the wrong place. Hey at least consider staying as a writer or something. I still believe in you and that has to count for something. I enjoy your works, and I think you are justified as an admin. Life isn't fair, if it was I wouldn't be batshit insane with several mental illnesses, nor would other people. Whiners always get what they want, as people give them what they want so they will shut up. Which is why most people are liberals, because liberals always whine until they get their way. it works so well for children that adults use it too. At least consider another Wikideath and take some time off from here to relax and take it easy for a while. You're completely right. With all you have to contend with (and you handle it better than ever I could) I have no valid excuse. I'm just feeling sorry for myself, and pretty burned out in general. Coming off final papers worth 60% of my final grade, I've just been at a huge emotional and mental low, and I wasn't prepared for the influx of crap happening all at once. And I definitely had no tolerance for any criticism for my work as an admin...

I can't say that that last bit still doesn't sting me. Obviously I'm still not at peace with that part. I don't think I'm cut out to be a sysop anymore. You either have to be incredibly thick-skinned, or do little enough work to stay under the radar. Knowing my obsessive editing behaviour, I don't see much chance of the latter. The whining part was directed at the members whining about your actions as an admin on Euroipods, etc. Still, I am a Pirate Ninja and we are not known for whining, but kicking serious butt instead. I mean yeah, this time of year I am fighting off suicidal thoughts and I got idiots sending me email and replying to me in Internet forums telling me to go kill myself, but I am enough of a Pirate Ninja to fight off my mental illnesses, those idiots on the Internet, and also fight for you and your dignity and self respect by knocking some common sense into your head. Fight it, don't let those bastards win and force you off of Uncyclopedia. If you cannot get rid of your buttons then rearrange them so they don't know where to press anymore. I think we need admins like you, Todd, but if things this time of year are too much, take a break. Your college, family, friends, and social life are more important than an humor Wiki. Aren't they? Hello from a HUFFEE

Hello, I just wandered in here trying to figure out how to dialogue about my article's huffing, "America's Most Wanted". First I'd like to say, I think some of my illustrations are pretty funny and if there is a way to recycle them or let them spin-off to a good use, great.

I can see how my article is not completely funny, and fixing it is not so easy. I just gave it a try and it took hours, and is only a tiny bit better. It could take me months to have enough insomniac moments to do better, and I understand if this is better jetisoned. I can always reincarnate it on my own website one day if I am inspired. I really enjoyed reading the help on how to be funny, not just stupid. I enjoy the Unencyclopedia and it was fun to give it a try...thrilling to be part of it, if only for a week or two.

If there is a way to save my user description when the rest of the article gets chucked, that would be nice.
