[edit] Streets of SimCity
I don't think it's a spoof of that True Crime game. Streets of SimCity is from about the same time as SimCity 2000, so i think it came out b4 TC. It's mostly vehicular combat stuff, kinda like GTA, except without the walking outside of the car. It was fun for a while, but I ran out of new stuff to do on it. The levels in gameplay are derived from SimCity2000 city files, so you can drive around in your files from SC2k. here's the wikipedia lowdown on it. best description I could find. [1]
