Fixing Shoe_Untying_Gnomes article
I plan to adopt this article. I've removed the random nonsense from it and plan to rewrite it completely. At the moment I've got a brief intro and a preliminary document structure in place.

- I have changed the tag to a {{construction}} tag. You did the right thing in coming to an admin, and in the future this is how you should get ICU tags removed/changed. Fixing 'ugly'articles
I'm tring to clean up articles tagged as {{ugly}}, but I've noticed that some of them have inlined images in the way of a full URL, wich prevents you from making it into a proper thumb. What should I do in that case? Should I retrieve the image from its source, upload with a "nobody cares" copyright notice and then proceed to fix the article? Or something else entirely? - That's probably best, although you should use the normal level of judgement as to what are "good" images. For instance, if someone has linked to pictures of him and his friends, don't even bother uploading those. - Yah, but make sure you have more then one picture. People will hate you if you create a forum page called "Forum:Is this one image I found alright?
