• The Wheeling Jesuit University Board of Governors - a secret cabal that runs the micro and macro aspects of the university.

• Council of Light

• League of Evil

• Society of Jesus - while not exclusive to WJU, the Society of Jesus has a large presence, both in terms of the Society itself and members of the Jesuit Resistance.

• Council of About Twenty Dudes and Two Hot Chicks - disbanded in 2003 by Lundius Superbus.
