You're a (guy/girl), all your life you've had a (penis/vagina). But why the fuck would anyone want a (penis/vagina), I mean come on, its just not convenient you get (erections/periods) at the worst possible moments. They just (skin your penis/remove your ovaries), then they (cut off your testicles/sew a penis-like thing made from your harvested skin over your clit). They (stuff the skinless penis inside your pelvis, using part of it as a new clit/sew up your vaginal opening). Finally they (use the scrotum to make vaginal lips/give you testicles). It really couldn't be more natural! If more people knew how simple the operations were then everyone would swap genders at 18!!! Of course you have to eat more hormones than (a menopausal housewife/a professional wrestler) and (you can't have children in any way/you have to pump up your erection with a hand pump and you cannot ejaculate), but who gives a shit, you're the opposite gender, and you are absolutely better than your old gender in every way!

Think about it! A new identity, a new life, (some new genitals/less innards to worry about)! It's paradise! You get the opposites to all the prejudices you face when you were your original gender, you have the advantage of knowing the opposing (male/female) side, and it's all really natural... honest.
