Worcestershire, properly pronounced War-cess-ter-shy-er and not Woo-sheh-sher, otherwise known as the lost county of Atlantisshire was discovered in 1998 by a collection of celibate underage drinkers convulsing northwards through the desert. Of its many curiosities, the settlers discovered that although not a single fresh water spring could be found in the whole area, a delicious, spicy, thin brown sauce was plentiful. They lived on this substance, Worcestershire Sauce, until a pandemic of bulimia renderred them all unable to live. Fortunately, their parasites flourished, and set up Worcestershire County Cricket Club, a proud collection of the most talented and famous crickets on this earth.

[edit] Highlights of Worcestershire

  • The Longest 11 Miles in the World: a stretch of B road heading from the capital city of Upton-Upon-Severn to the far less significant hamlet of Worcester.
  • The Longest 12 Miles in the World: the same stretch of road, but including a quick stop at the Little Chef(which needs to be added that has shut down now, no1 went in there) and struggling to find your way out of the car park.
  • Malvern Springs: This is where water was discovered. The aforementioned settlers never managed it though. The King of England Tony Blair accidentally stepped in it on one of his campaigns. Since that day, it has been illegal to campaign at all in Worcestershire, for any reason.
