Yugo Hugo IV was the 11th Emperor of the Holy Roman Empire. He was born in a hessian bag on the side of the River Rine. His real name is Durn Orlan, but his name changed when he married Yugo Hugo III's daughter Ima-Big Hugo. He gained power when he killed Hugo III (although it was deemed an accident, but through modern forensic evidence found the arrow protruding from his chest was not always there). Once he was Chancellor, he inherited a decreped mini-nation. With all the stress of keeping Prussia from becoming a piece of burning crap, he always forgot were he placed his shoes. SO he hired a man called Gömar Vav Ramög to find them. One day Gömar couldn't find the Chancellor's left shoe, so Hugo sent him on a crusade to palistine to find the shoe, and if Gömar did, Hugo would make him Chancellor of Saxony. While Gömar Vav Ramög was on the crusade, Hugo found the shoe wedge between the toilet and the wall. A few days later, he found a severed hand in his mailbox and a note tied to it. It read "This is my hand. It was cut off. Thanks for nothing, Gömar Vav Ramög". When Gömar Vav Ramög came back to Prussia, Hugo made him Chancellor of Saxony. Yugo Hugo died one day later because the shoe that he found wasn't his.
