Encarta is an electronic encyclopaedia put out by the Microsoft Corporation. It is considered the best reference program in the entire world by many top researchers, including Bill Gates, who said of it:

"It's the best reference program in the entire world by many top researchers"

The first edition was written in 1696 by Sir William Henry Gates, noted Arctic explorer and pornographer. Written with drops of blood on torn-off pieces of flesh, the beef jerky edition is now considered a delicious collector's item, though Gates received considerable criticism for writing his own article in a less than objective manor.
